The Success Training & Empowerment Project (STEP) is a year-long economic empowerment initiative targeting families residing in or on the brink of poverty within the City of St. Petersburg. Through comprehensive assessment and personalized guidance, participating families will develop tailored roadmaps aimed at transitioning them from poverty to self-sufficiency. The STEP program's primary objective is to enroll 30 families, with the aspiration that 25 families successfully complete the program. Moreover, the program aims for 20 families to experience an increase in household income, while at least 10 families achieve the milestone of moving out of poverty altogether.
