Jonathan joined J.P. Morgan Private Bank after graduating with honors from University of South Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Asset Management and minors in Economics and Political Science. During his tenure as an analyst, he was recognized as one of the firm’s top 30 analysts globally, earning promotion to his current role. Passionate about expanding access to financial markets and planning for underserved communities, Jonathan serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay and the Pinellas County Urban League, and mentors students through the University of South Florida Student Managed Investment Fund, advising on portfolio allocation decisions. Raised in Sanford, Florida, he enjoys powerlifting, art history, travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Loreal Hill is the founder of Loaded Lashes, a beauty business specializing in lash extensions and brow services.
She has over five years of experience in the beauty industry and is passionate about helping women feel beautiful while sparking their inner confidence.
Loreal is also a nursing student and a proud mom to her daughter, Olivia, who is her biggest motivation in balancing entrepreneurship, education, and personal growth.

“Whatever gifts you are believed to have are not yours—they were gifted to you for a finite amount of time to be passed on and used in service of others.” With more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience, he brings expertise in racial equity facilitation, partnership cultivation, fundraising, and board development. Marcus is a graduate of Florida State University, resides in St. Petersburg with his family, is a recipient of the St. Petersburg NAACP’s Next-Gen Trailblazer Award, and serves on the boards of the St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership and Allegany Franciscan Ministries.
