Honoring a Legacy: Antonette Rhine
One of the most heartfelt moments of the conference was the celebration of Antonette Rhine, a dedicated PCUL member for 25 years. Antonette was honored by the National Urban League alongside other long-serving champions of the movement—those who have committed 25 to 50 years of service to advancing equity and opportunity. Leadership in Motion
Bright and early, PCUL CEO Nikki Gaskin-Capehart connected with Board Chair Joe Bourdow (Radiostpete.com), Board Chair Cynthia Cook of the Urban League of Hillsborough County, Guild President and Board Member Valerie Pendarvis-Haynes, and several PCUL team and Guild members. Together, they aligned their vision and energy for the week ahead, setting the tone for a dynamic and impactful presence.
