Join Black Voters Matter, Rumph Love, The Tampa Bay Breakfast Club and The Deuces Live for Freedom on the Deuces, a Florida Emancipation Day Community Breakfast on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Deuces Corner Park in St. Petersburg.

This free community gathering will honor Florida Emancipation Day and the day freedom was proclaimed in Florida on May 20, 1865. Residents, community leaders, advocates and neighbors are invited to come together for a morning of remembrance, conversation, culture and civic engagement.

The event will include a live radio broadcast by The Tampa Bay Breakfast Club, community conversations, civic and community outreach, and free chicken and waffles for the first 120 guests.
