About the Role

Reports to Director of Youth & Family Services
The contract amount is between $20-$25K annually for about 20 hours a week worth of commitment.


  • Promote, advertise, and recruit youth/ young adults for the program. 

  • Assist with the recruitment and retention of targeted number of participants. 

  • Work closely with youth to assist and create a future success plan for post-secondary education, career, and other experience. 

  • Interact with youth/young adults and their parents/ guardians in various settings. 

  • Identify youth & family needs for wrap-around services. 

  • Provide program reports and assessments. 

  • Conduct/Facilitate all assigned workshops & activities. 

  • Assist with the recruitment of guest speakers. 

  • Attend necessary community events and trainings. 

  • Perform other related duties as required per contract.
